OTC Commodity Derivative News

Although the International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA) has completed its work on the new 2002 Master Agreement most parties still prefer the 1992 version. The new agreement was meant to replace the current agreement being used by nearly all OTC derivative participants. For information on a seminar for the new Master Agreement, check this site.
