a solo law practice, this firm will only serve its clients well if
service is limited to specific areas of the law. It is our experience
that after drafting, negotiating, and revising hundreds of physical
and financial energy contracts, it is best to adhere to the old adage,
"Do one thing and do it well."
The practice
is therefore limited to transactional gas contracts, including the
the NAESB contract, in-house contracts,
and contracts for specific structured transactions. Our major area
of focus, however, is the privately negotiated agreement for both
domestic and international Over-The-Counter (OTC) commodity derivatives
transactions, the ISDA Master Agreement.
